• Is this a deodorant and anti-perspirant?

  Our products are natural deodorant sprays. Deodorants trap and absorb odor. While some ingredients in our formula may help reduce sweating, it is not an anti-perspirant. Most anti-perspirants use aluminum that clogs your pores and prevent you from releasing toxins.

• Does it take time to adjust when switching?

  If you're switching from an anti-perspirant, it will take about 1-2 weeks to adjust. This is the period it usually takes your body to detox from the aluminum and toxins built up from your anti-perspirant. Anti-perspirants use aluminum which clogs your pores to prevent sweating, trapping in toxins which builds up overtime. 

  If switching from a deodorant, this period will be about 4-7 days or it could happen right away. Our deodorants have been known to be quite magical. When you decide to switch, stick with it! Oh is like a spa for your underarms :)

  Our spray deodorants are made with ethically sourced botanicals, minerals, and organic ferment. The formula is 100% biodegradable and earth-safe. It's made for every body: safe for all skin types, sensitivities, with aromas that work great for all genders.

  Zinc Ricinoleate

  Naturally derived from a major fatty acid found in castor seed oil, this powerful deodorizer traps and absorbs odor molecules.

  Organic Saccharomyces Ferment

  This healthy yeast enzyme eliminates ammonia (the bad, smelly stuff in sweat) to make odorless amino acids without disrupting your body chemistry. It has also been known to help hydrate skin and promote collagen synthesis.

  MSM (methylsulfonylmethane)

  MSM is an organic sulfur compound that’s naturally derived during the earth’s rain cycle. This miracle supplement has been known to detox the body and improve skin health and complexion.

• Is butane in your deodorants?

  Openly Human Deodorants are 100% butane free. In fact, butane is a toxin and used to make lighter fluid. It's usually added to aerosol spray deodorants, like Axe and Dove, to propel the formula out of the can. Stay away from any butane-based spray deodorants. • Where do you ship?

  We ship in the United States at this time. We hope to ship to other areas of the world soon!

• How long does it take to ship?

  Shipments takes about 2-5 days to arrive. This depends on how far you are from our warehouse in Southern California. We ship using FedEx and supply tracking information every step of the way!

• How much is shipping?

  Shipping is free for orders over $25 for a limited time to the contiguous 48 states. Expedited shipping is available within the United States based on USPS rates.

   

• Can I exchange my items?

  For sure! You can exchange your items within 2 weeks of purchase on your first order. Email support@openlyhuman.com if you'd like to exchange.

  Exchanging will void the return policy. We cannot process exchanges for our refill pouches or trial size bottles.

• Can I return my items?

  We think you'll fall in love with your Openly Human deodorant. If you're not feeling your first shipment, send an email to support@openlyhuman.com to help return or exchange within 2 weeks of purchase for a 100% refund.

   Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. We’re cannot accept returns or exchanges for our refill pouches or trial size (35ml) deodorant sprays.
